No, I haven't used it. Instead, I have created scripts for each cluster (to 
create the cluster, fire off slon daemon, define and subscribe the sets - so 
all necessary configurations included in the scripts).

Are you using the slon_tools.conf file?  As I see it, it only has the 
ability to deal with one cluster at a time.
