I doubt any packages exist for Dapper. However, they do exist for later 
versions of Ubuntu.

I think your options are:

- Upgrade Ubuntu to 8.04 LTS (Hardy). This will get you Slony-I 1.2.13 and 
happens to be what I'm currently using.

- Get a package built for 6.02 LTS (Dapper), possibly using a Launchpad PPA to 
help with this. The existing packages might help, and may even build 
unmodified. I expect some work will be needed though - Canonical Support or the 
Debian maintainer (Peter Eisentraut) might be able to help for a fee if you are 
unable or unwilling to do it in house.
