Hi,
We use greenplum (based on PG 8.2.13) for our data warehouse. We're on a 10node
system, with 1 master that coordinates the work. We use before row triggers a
lot to implement at rest encryption.

We're bringing up an additional system an need a mechanism for keeping the two
clusters in sync.
We have a large installation (14000 tables, 14TB). It's mostly batch updated,
with most tables only getting <100k inserts/updates per day. Our biggest
table might do 5m rows/day.
We have about 1500 core tables that we'd want to replicate.

Could people comment on if this would be an appropriate use case for slony?
Thanks

Doug Little
