Okay, I'm a little confised now.
I can't find slonikconfdump.shanywhere, and I'm pretty sure slony1_dump.sh is
no use to me for an upgrade from 1.2.x to 2.0.6
I'm guessing all that script does is write out a slonik script for INIT
CLUSTER, STORE NODE, STORE PATH, CREATE SET, SET ADD xxx and then SUBSCRIBE SET
OMIT COPY?
