The CVS/email/etc tools allow us to work without having to go through
hierarchical levels. Think about what that does to the efficiency of an
organization.
Raymond won't have to wait for the photographs; Elvin won't have to go
around begging for hosting space for the photos, the editors don't have to
report to a central figure, the web page is not stalled by any single slow
developer (like me :P)...
If the rest are too busy, I will go and buy a second hand PC myself and
put it at web works (linux.com.sg). All I need is the $$$.
