Who is supposed to do that?
How do we compare

Raymond, it is not fair to make that kind of statement. Do you know the
Johore LUG alone is 600 people strong? What do we have here in Singapore? A
motley crue of students and full-time working people supporting the SLP.
What we have, we make do with. Please do re-access the situation and stop
beating your chest. If there is a problem, sit down and solve it together.
There is nothing that we cannot solve with proper planning and compromise.
Think like an adult. Why is it that DBS can have their own corporate
building and LUGS even has problems finding auditoriums for monthly
meetings? Is it anyone's fault? When resources are scarce and plenty has to
be done, we make do with whatever we have.
How come they can
>publicize the photographs of their activities and we
>cannot? Is it so difficult to just select 8 photographs
>from the set and put it on the web, with no writeups?
>If you did not intend to put it on the web, why did you
>even take photographs in the first place?
Because of the value of keeping archives, Raymond. Imagine 10 years later we
can browse over the old photos and see how far the SLP, LUGS and Linux in
general has come.
We talked about
>preparing CDROMs and T shirts for the event, why were
>there none during the event? Why no feedback?
Once again, who was responsible for what? Do you know? Did you nominate,
allocate and manage? Do you know the story of Nobody, Anybody, Somebody and
Everybody?
>And the CVS. What problem do we have now? Why is
>it not up yet? Why is the mailing list not moved to
>linux.org.sg?

>Why is the database page not up yet?
When was this even mentioned?

Why.....Why not? The way we run the SLP hardly merits achievements. I
actually think we should run a tighter ship. What think all of you?
