Who indeed? Did you, yourself know, or did we know too? Or did you assume we
knew what our duties were?

Plainly because we feel it's not the time yet to do any reviews. You cannot
rush contents, or contents will be poor. Also remember that Webworks, unlike
_Raymond Ng Kai Hoe_, is a commercial entity, and should play proper
publicity moves. Anything reviewed has to be weighed in for business
reasons; or as Rhandeev calls it, "corporate blues". It is not as easy as
you submitting a review of 'Call to Power', Raymond.

Raymond, you are wrong again. Unlike PAP, we can still run a tighter ship,
but use a different captain. Know what I mean... : ) In other words,
it's not the system of operation, but the person running it.
