Think of alternatives, set ftp proxies and download through an
alternate path.

Besides, you did not even ask, how was I supposed to know that I
am supposed to tell you that I have 2 testicles, err.. I mean the bandwidth
outside is 128 kbps? :) :P
And besides, so what if I had told you? You would have a way to
