Guys,

I don't think this is true and I can't say that it is untrue either.
What we could do is to install a bandwidth limiting application which
could be found at;  ftp://ftp.equinox.gu.net/pub/linux/cbq/

Hope this info helps us all to solve this problem temporarily while we
get things right with Compaq and Cyberway.

I think we really need to look at what Cyberway and Compaq
has to offer us.
