Hi Raymond,

I have installed and used SuSE 6.2 on my new Toshiba Satellite
2540XCDT notebook and sad to say I have to admit that "network
configuration" on SuSE still sucks big time. One major problem I faced
is that the dhcp-client utility is not functioning well.

Overall, it is a good distribution but it is not fully tested. KDE has
many new utilities and functions too but after using Mandrake Linux, I
think I have to admit that SuSE has a long way to go still before it
can go to desktops.

On Mandrake Linux, I do not have any problems configuring "X", "sound"
and "pcmcia"! Another issue is setting-up a remote printer on SuSE
with YaST. It just don't worked as well as it does on Mandrake :(

I love this distribution but unfriendliness of the OS for the user has
make me switched over to Mandrake. I am a happy man now and I know
Mandrake will not disappoint me as SuSE 6.2 did.

Just my short review,
Moonshi
