SLP: What's our policy for mirroring ? Do we mirror what we want. Or what
we are allowed to ? I think it's ethical (if not needed) to inform all the
mirrored sites.. this way we get that precious link to us as the "Fastest
Singapore Mirror" (hiakz.. let's see if hcjc can go faster)

Few steps
1. Contact the site and ask for instructions and permission.
2. That's about all !
To solve problems like www.gnome.org, U need to script a simple
html processor to either 1. rewrite the urls hrefs, 2. add in base-ref in
the header.
Either that or we create gnome.linux.com.sg so that base-ref is
not needed.
