Just a comment from experience... 4pm->6pm and 5am->11am gives u the best
bandwidth most of the time.. OF coz that's from PI/Singnet servers point
of view.. not sure bout 1-net.
Anyway.. we have minimal control now as some of the mirroring processes is
taking > 24hours.
