Not to make a big scene of it, but maybe if you sent your request
as plain-text you might get a suitable reply. It would appear that
you are sending your email direct from Microsoft Word 9.
Trying to read through all the rubbish that M$ claims is vital
for formatting makes it hard to decipher what you've asked.
