I would prefer to do it with sendmail, because I have hardly any experience
with Qmail.
So, if anyone knows a way with sendmail, please let me know

I doubt that you need to, but doing what you want is quite easy with
qmail. There is a compile time option to enable a "do this with every
message" rule.
