I've been looking for something like this for a while.

They've got a card that shoves *all* the video & keyboard through a serial
link.
The only downside to it is that it's only really for CLI. But then, who runs X
on servers anyway? (aside from X-server servers ;)

Hmmm. I wonder if they have an SSH version... <g>
