Yes, well after the total debacle that was Y2K (even if I did get a $2.5k 
bonus for working on NYD !!), I'm taking a much more pragmatic approach to 
all things computer-related, and M$ related especially....

My problem is SWMBO will *not* use and form of *nix - she has to use it for 
debt recovery and Oracle at work, and being a government department they 
have (naturally) screwed it all up... Still, I guess I could set her 
machine up with Linux to look line Doze and she'd probably never know the 
difference...

Then again, she's about to give up wotk for 12 months to spawn a child 
process, so she could have too much idle time...:-)

We are about to ditch Novell world-wide, and my 25 odd Netware servers will 
go to NT4.0 (thank God they didn't say 2000 !!) within the next 6 months. 
Then again, Netware has its' place - at the moment it's balancing the end 
of my BBQ !!!

Eekkkk... OS/2 is almost as bad, although not quite, I guess. I still have 
2.1 if you want a copy...:-)
