I have a perl script which is called from a web page as a method=GET and I
am getting this odd error message:
Software error:
Undefined subroutine
&Apache::ROOT::cgi_2dperl::treasury_5fmaint_5fcontrol_2epl::handler called
at
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.005/i386-linux/Apache/Registry.pm line 135.
For help, please send mail to the webmaster ([EMAIL PROTECTED]),
giving this error message and the time and date of the error.
The directory containing this script is /cgi-perl/ which shows as
cgi_2dperl and the script being called is treasury_maint_control.pl which
shows as treasury_5fmaint_5fcontrol_2epl.
The odd thing is that this script is almost identical to a number of other
scripts which are also called in an identical manner from the same web
page (also as method=GET) (it's a selection button menu page), the others
behaving perfectly, but not this one.
I have checked that this script exists, along with the others and here is
the list just to prove it:
[root@keep cgi-perl]# ls -1 *maint*
treasury_maint_bnk.pl
treasury_maint_cdr.pl
treasury_maint_control.pl
treasury_maint_csh.pl
treasury_maint_glr.pl
treasury_maint_gst.pl
The script in question is #3.
My web server reports as:
Apache/1.3.9 (Unix) mod_perl/1.21 PHP/3.0.12 mod_ssl/2.4.9 OpenSSL/0.9.4
What is the best way to go about finding the problem here?
Could the problem be memory related? I find that the box running this
seems to be going thru swap like its going out of fashion.
Its got me stuffed and I need it running.
Howard.
