A lot depends on the demographics of the ISP, but large size ISPs
probably run in the vacinity of 15-30:1, ie: for every 15 users
signed up, they have 1 modem port.
So, if BigPond has, what? 100,000? 500,000? users, then they'd have
approx 10,000-50,000 ports in use.
Total guess, of course...
