Hi: Does anybody have experience setting up PLIP in the later kernels (2.0+) using mode 1? The burning question is, how do you know or set it up to make sure that PLIP is running in mode 1, because if you plug a cable setup for mode 1, onto two ports that are running in mode 0, the smoke escapes from the wires.
