Thankyou all for the pointer to use PAP,
I can now connect no problems. didn't try CHAP though.
Thanks Robin for the security tips. Though I don't have sensitive
data on my server, guess it'ld be good to be
preventive then reactive. (could you send the ip filter
script) I'd be interested in using it.
