This is how you generate a "root menu" dynamically by piping the output of
program/script, in this case it is wmconfig.

The "easiest" way to add/modify menu and other config stuff would be using
WPrefs or wmakerconf. WPrefs comes with WindowMaker
(/usr/GNUstep/Apps/WPrefs.app/WPrefs if you're using RedHat) whereas
wmakerconf is a GTK+ based package.

You may find the User Guide helpful, grab it from WindowMaker homepage or
any mirror (in doc directory).
