Nope, this is the next plot.
There first plot has been the waffle of a new way of doing business
that the intenet provides, whilst performing very badly as a bricks
and mortar company. So their source of funds for a combined loss of
$US800 million+ is drying up.
So they need another money making idea to continue to invest the
suckers^h^h^h^h^hinvestors to keep shelling out the $$$ and it seems
that way is to take out as many dubious patents as possible and extort
money from other companies by stand over legal tactics.
I guess we are about to see the internet version of bondy!
