yep (or data on both of course, and get 128K).
There's also the new "onramp home" or something coming on I think
April 1st, can't remember prices, more than PSTN but less than
onramp2, ring Telstra for details.

if it's what I think you're referring to (called "user-user messaging"
under the ETSI spec), it's not in breach of any service agreements.
