My employer is currently working on a recommendation document for a large database storing images and multimedia data along with more prosaic stuff. We don't really have the skills in-house with image indexing/searching and the like and little experience with Informix or Oracle doing this. We'd like to contract someone with experience in this area to help us analyse the needs and make a recommendation of platform and structure.
