I doubt they would do that (ban port ranges), because their is an easier way.. Their is a bug with their login system that they cant fix that you could use. I can have as many ip's as I want. I connect my modem to my hub and then 4 computers to the hub. My login name is carlo (for example) so on the first machine I login using CARLO. and it gives me a IP. the second machine I use the login name of CARLO (WITH A SPACE AFTER IT) and it gives that computer an IP, then I do it to the next computer with carlo & 2 spaces and so on. They cant track this so they cant charge you for the ips so its an alternative to using masq. My mate contacted helpdesk about this and they admitted it was a fault they cant fix (im surprised they came clean) Carlo -- SLUG - Sydney Linux Users Group Mailing List - http://www.slug.org.au To unsubscribe send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with unsubscribe in the text
