Yawn. I use them both. Most of my time in editors is spent writing LaTeX documents. For small articles/papers - depends on my mood. For large projects there is absolutely *nothing* that I have seen to equal Emacs+AUCTEX+Reftex. The Reftex package makes managing cross-references and bibliographic databases a dream in comparison with M$ products or anything else that I know about. I also like Emacs and html-helper-mode for html stuff, but I never do anything very complicated. -- ------------------------------------------------------ Alan L Tyree [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.law.usyd.edu.au/~alant Tel: +61 2 4782 2670 Mobile: +61 419 638 170 Fax: +61 2 4782 7092 -- SLUG - Sydney Linux Users Group Mailing List - http://www.slug.org.au To unsubscribe send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with unsubscribe in the text
