Yeah. You're absolutely right. It is more *countering* the
marketing hype than replicating it for our own chosen product... We
definitely need to rattle up interest, but the trick is avoiding
the wholesale uncertainty.microsoft.com effect that's so prevalent
in the industry.

*raises hand* YES! Is it an inappropriate forum to go on a long
winded rant here? Probably... Anyone who's interested in what they
don't generally see - but are affected by everyday - read up on
this lot. They're in a great industry for doing "great deeds for
humanity", but instead, they're screwing us all blind.
