Well how about a train or a bus? A pair of blades is a good way of getting
around, you just need to perfect a bonnet-roll to get through heavy
traffic.

Again, it comes down to priorities. A car is not going to be much good if
there's no oxygen to breath outside because there are too many cars
around. Try Manila, where you can't see 200 yards in front of your face
for all the brown haze, much less breath it.
