Ian, it depends on what you're looking for.

If it's exploits, try Technotronic at www.technotronic.com

If it's advisories, there's certainly a decent slab of stuff on
www.securityfocus.com (indeed it's the new home of the Bugtraq, Incidents
and Vuln-Dev mailing lists). I'm also mirroring a decent slab of
advisories from CIAC, CERT, AusCERT and the FreeBSD ones at
http://the.wiretapped.net/security/textfiles/advisories/ (if anybody has
other ftp-accessible listings they'd like to see added, please contact
me).

If it's software, packetstorm.securify.com will often have some
interesting goodies. There's also a decent slab of stuff at
www.wiretapped.net

As to why I'm doing Wiretapped plugs, it's pretty simple - the site's
local, I'm about to have about 28Gb of space come online (thanks,
eSec!) just for this kind of thing, I'm eager to mirror more and I think
theres value in it for the kinds of people on this list asking security
questions.
