I beleive dynamic dns was an issue at the LE slug meet.
bind can accept updates from a standard source, so by
communicating with bind in the way it likes, you can basically
write anything yo want and get new dns names from any source.
(if that makes sense) alot of people use dhcp with bind to do
dynamic IP addressing. (although i think windows allowing spaces
in hostnames is a problem but i havent really looked into it)
bind is held up ant www.isc.org, and docs are there also
For dial i would just give each dial user a static ip or
give them out dynamically but have the fqdn's set all the time.
