pam_radius, and mod_auth_radius (for httpd), found here:

Server:
ICRADIUS, found here:
ftp://ftp.cheapnet.net/pub/icradius/
Their RPMs are less than satisfactory. e-mail me if you want an ICRADIUS
0.13 RPM.
