My day job requires me to sell & configure NT systems as well
as Linux ones. I had an interesting conversation with a client
(in the medical "business") the other day ...

Me: "Of course, the new firewall will be running Linux."
Them: "OK, so why don't we switch everything to Linux?"
Me: "Uh, well I'm not sure whether we can take all of your apps
to Linux. Of course there's StarOffice to replace MS Office,
the usual Mail, WWW, etc, applications, but what about your
        main practice management application?"
Them: "The suppliers tell me they have a Linux version of that."
Me: "OK, well I know you're upgrading to a new practice management
system soon, would you run that on NT or Linux?"
Them: "No, we can't run it on NT, the new company says they're only
        doing a Linux version".

We win.
