Hi all,
As a part of the up and coming LinuxWorld.com.au website, I hope to
conduct case studies and interviews with businesses who have either
switched to Linux from another computing environment, have come into being
as a result of Linux, or use Linux in conjunction with other operating
systems to meet various computing needs.
Naturally, I would like to get in contact with people from these kinds of
businesses. Case studies on businesses which have moved to Linux would
look at the migration to Linux, positives and negatives of the move,
costs, satisfaction, what Linux offers that the old environment did, why
the move was made, and other relevant topics.
Case studies of companies which came into being because of Linux would
look at motives for choosing linux, profitability, satisfaction, and other
relevant topics.
This would be a great way to spread the knowledge of Linux in business in
a digestable relevant fashion; to pass on your own experiences to other
people. If anyone is interested, you can email me off list. Any other
