[SLUG] Apache problem

Hi all,

    I'm having trouble configuring Apache, in that when I load a page in a
browser, from a directory other than the DocumentRoot directory, it returns
a 403 Not Authorised Error. It's the same with user directories as well. I'm
sure it'll be something stupid!
