Can we possibly get this Japanese spam filtered out of our mailing
list? It should be reasonably easy to filter on this from the headers:
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-2022-JP
Obviously if anybody in Japan wants to post to this group they would
do it in english and would use a different charset.
