Hi, Suppose I have a machine (domain.com) in the US with a static ip, that is also a DNS. Another machine (ftp.domain.com) is the one I use at home to dial in to my ISP, and has a dynamic ip address. Both machines are running Linux. When I dial in through my home machine, I want it to automatically update the old ip in domain.com's DNS entries to the one just assigned by my ISP. Basically, as long as the home machine is online, I want there to be no trouble accessing it using the name ftp.domain.com. Is this the best way of doing this? If so, could someone give me a guide on how to do this?
