If you must dual boot, it is the easiest way. I have used fips on win98se with fat32
and never had a problem. But why dual boot in the first place?
I think not providing the CD is a good step. {After all, if you must have rubbish
thrown at you it is less painful if they keep the bin ;-}
Mind you, it could be a bit of a problem when the M$ help desk tells you that you
need to reinstall to fix your problem!
