I just setup qmail again on another PC, and it is refusing to do locally
deliveries.
ie.. error is

Anyone pin point me to what I should fix up on the configs. I have looked
over the faq and stuff, and I can't figure out why this is happening on this
install and never had this problem ever before. I am missing something, but
just can't find what.
