Well I have one, and I wrote software under Linux to drive it.

Jason, you're quite welcome to borrow it for a test drive.

(For those who came in late the bitscope is a low cost
analog / digital data capture device. Hooks up to a serial interface).

Some points:

It really isn't open hardware, because you don't get the
FPGA source nor the PIC source. You can get doco on the protocol
and inner workings.

I do use it from time time.

My software is http://www.progsoc.uts.edu.au/~jhonan, along with
pointers to code and advice from Telford Tendys.
