the counter and the signup CGI are on the same machine which is why the
counter.cgi has a full path.
The parameters is requires are also listed below.
I get gibberish output as below pasted from the URL site itself.
We have had `ad@!`pd visits to the page.

Can you give the complete URL to obtain the counter.
(That's if the counter resides elsewhere)
Or do you want to call a CGI script running on your own machine?
If so, please indicate what parameters is requires.
