i just block all of these attachments:
*.hta
*.shs
*.vbs
*.vbe
*.hlp
*.chm
*.wsf
*.wsh
and a whole bunch of particular .exe's
that's blocked all of these email attacks without me having to update
anything regularly
(and i have never had a user try and send one of these legitimately)
the email-sanitizer stuff (html-trap.procmail off freshmeat) is all
.deb packaged ready to go, if anyone wants it..
