Unless something drastic has happened to Eudora in the last 20 months or so,
you don't have to convert. Just grab all the .mbx files from your Eudora mail
directory - they hold the mails, and are regular mbox format comprehensible to
every (?) Unix mail client on the planet. The rest of the files are
Eudora-specific indexes to speed up their use.

OK, you might want to run them through dos2unix or whatever.
