*shudder* There are one or two options out there. Chiilisoft ASp is the most
advanced and of course it's commercial. There are some OSS projects going
though. Apache::ASP is one at http://www.nodeworks.com/asp/. There's umm
something called openasp or freeasp or something I saw once. Google didn't
help me on that one though.
Another more amusing alternative is to use PHP's COM interface and go hard
that way. :) It'll be, let's say, amusing?
