There are quite a few pages online about this sort of thing. Read them
if you like (google is you friend!), but then go here:
http://spam.sourceforge.net/
and download the spam.pl perl script, which automatically parses spam
headers and sends emails to abuse@ and postmaster@ in the domains found
in the header. I've used it a few times and managed to get one guy to
tighten up his mail server...
