Hah, you won't find PCI slots on a 386 mobo.

At markets you can get old ISA cards for $3-5. Get a WD/SMC they're
good.

Try www.zelow.no/floppyfw, a one floppy firewall distro. You can
disconnect the HD and 5-1/4 drives' power connectors.
