I think the most important thing is still missing, that is interested
people. 

If it's only going to be 10-20 people (that's my best guess) who want to
front up, hear a Debian talk or just plain socialise/rabbit on about
"Things Debian(tm)" then I can possibly organise an ideal venue (with
state of the art projection/conferencing systems) but it will only hold
10-20 people.

The venue is also a secure venue. I'd have to know who was coming in
advance, meet the group and bring them on up.

At present, the setting of sweeping views of Sydney Harbour by night,
Jeff and myself sitting a darkened room lit only by the glows of our
Debian systems, leaves me feeling a little bit less comfortable than I
like to be.
