You've been hacked. Disconnect your system from the net and check it out
thoroughly. Without knowing distribution details etc I can't point any
closer than that. Personally, I'd be doing a re-install then patching like
hell to close the obvious holes.
Check your logs - although a half competitant hacker will remove them,
chances are this is a script kiddie who doesn't really know what he's
doing, and you may find some detail.
