It's the first time I've seen something in Debian justified with "ease of
use" and "not confusing the users". I hate to say it, but if you're running
BIND and have no idea how it operates, either you don't know it's running,
or you deserve all you get (thu I think the maintainer's justification is a
little out of whack).
Not sure if this is bug worthy or not; it sounds like the maintainer's mind
is made up.
