DESCRIPTION
       This is the manual page for xcut version 0.2.

I use this in combo with 

NAME
       prtsel - writes PRIMARY selection to standard output

SYNOPSIS
       prtsel [options]

DESCRIPTION
       prtsel writes the text currently selected with a mouse under X11 to
standard output. It does this by converting the PRIMARY
       selection to CUTBUFFER0 as type STRING and then writing CUTBUFFER0 to
standard output
