North Rocks is part of Carlingford. The markets are in the Westfield Shopping Centre on North Rocks Road opposite the campus housing the Schools for Deaf, Blind and Deaf/Blind children. It is on every Sunday from about 10:00 am to about 3:30 pm but has breaks over Christmas and Easter. Next Sunday will probably be the last Sunday until the first Sunday after New Year or there abouts.
